Site and pages don't have a smooth flow to them.
The product is e-stim pebble is great with one small issue. It is rather difficult to remove the batter from it's cavity. A tool ends up being required to leaver it out.

The website isn't ideal, but it works well enough. Communication was basically 0; I got one email when I ordered and one when it was processed; after that I heard nothing until it showed up, but it did show up within 2 weeks, which is quite fast.
The product itself works well, and for more things than you might expect: it also works for overly tight muscles and ligament strains.
I am sorry that you did not receive all the emails, having check we sent 4 emails relating to your order, included one with tracking informatin. Unfortunately sometimes emails either get blocked or filed into Spam which is not something we can control.

Both my partner and myself are having great fun with our 2B. The Moaner & urethral sounds are brilliant. We both have our own penis plugs (my partner is female so maybe there needs to be an appropriate female name) PS. After using the penis plug, we occasionally get a tickle irritation the next day for around 24/36 hrs. It was more intense for my partner at first and she thought she might have a UTI . A urine test was done & no infection was found. We are both extremely careful with pre cleaning
I am sorry you didn't like the flow of our website. We do state in the manual for the ElectroPebble that a tool is the best method to remove the battery.
