To start. The shipping time of my new 2B was only a few days. Impressed, yes.
Having owned a ET312b for many years, I initially (*and not having Any guidance to the operations, I found it a bit confusing, so it took me several frustrating trys to get the "Power" that I was looking for out of it. Note, I finally did. The features that I don't so much like, It does't hold power edits after turned off....and every time I change modes, there is a LOT of knob twisting to get Back to full power. Kay is supper, had my Pebble repaired and 2 B checked out discovered low profile cable was damaged. Also purchased large flow for my wife but she is not into e-stim. Oh well at 79 I enjoy the he�ll out of it.

Solid power box and accessories! Great attention to detail service wise. My only area to suggest improvements is the site navigation on mobile. Sometimes hard to find the product you�re looking for. Happy to chat if you have any Qs. Thank you!
Unfortunately websites for mobiles are always tricky due to the numerous screen sizes but we apprciate the feedback.
