Outstanding customer service. New to e-stim play so kinda took a chance here. I ordered a Helix Blue Pack, a 8” 8mm electro sound, electro gel, a diamond head penis plug. Kay contacted me and told me I’d need a bi cable to use the sound and plug… so I had that added… but without her call id have received my box and accessories but not be able to use them! So, very appreciative she noticed that and contacted me before shipping to me.

I am the proud owner of several E-Stim Systems electrodes. Each one offers a delightfully different experience. They are so well made that I find they are the only ones I choose to use. The few online product review videos I could find were great for helping me choose among the wide selection that E-Stim Systems offers. I do wish people would write in and review their purchases because sometimes choosing between sizes and shapes can be a little overwhelming.

I ordered the Helix Blue pack, and it is AMAZING! I love the different modes, and the feels that it produces are unreal. I also love the smooth play of the knobs - so much better than my first e-stim unit that had discreet levels that often made it painful to use when one level was not enough but the next one was WAY too much. I’m saving my pennies to get the 2B because if the Helix Blue was this good, I’d love to try out the flagship product! Thanks for making such a great device!!

The Electro Helix is a step up from TENs units for sure! Well worth it, been able to use it regularly to achieve 2 hands free orgasms in an hour which would have taken so much longer with my TENs unit.
