E-stem products are of high quality and I have been very happy with what I have purchased so far. And customer support has been great - quick and responsive. Thank you. The only thing I was disappoint in was the time it took for this last shipment. I thought I would save a few $, but it took almost 3 weeks to receive. A friend of mine just bought something and paid the higher shipping and got his items in a matter of a few days. Lower shipping $ not worth it. I know E-stem doesn't control

Shipping costs way too much and you can't get free shipping now matter how much you spend. Because of this, I only buy directly from them if there is a sale and I can't find things elsewhere.
That being said, their products are top notch! Excellent quality. My only complaint is the shipping. Products are worth their costs.
I have their 2B system and even plugged in I could use more power for some of the insertable electrodes. However, it is still a great product.
Unfortunately trans atlantic shipping is expensive. We could offer free shipping but to do so we would need to increase the cost of the products but for many of our customers who are not unhappy with the shipping costs this would be unfair so we have chosen not to do this, but we are sorry if you felt that the cost of shipping was too high for you.

Web site was a little confusing but I figured it out. Many options but hard work to sort through it all. Customer service was good.

We do recommend paying the extra for Express Shipping as unfortunately at certain times of the year the Postal Services do get overwhelmed, so we are sorry about the length of time it took for your order to arrive.
