Since the connection cable is hard, it is easy to use if you soften it.
I repaired broken transistor near screw nut and I can use both channels.

Better management of upgrade / download availability would be nice (could be more apparent) - maybe the "check for updates" and "include beta versions" options would be good.
Given that I'm sure your R&D load is high, theses not a priority, but would be convenient in the future. Maybe until then a more obvious display of version history would be helpfull.
All in all, a great product/service!

Wow! Just wow! The feelings and sensations I have received from the Helix Blue Pack and the 10 mm, 12 mm dipsticks are out of this world. I am using the Electro Helix also with other sounds and I am so pleased with how everything works together. The ease of purchasing, the speed at which I received my deliveries and the very detailed e-mails communicating my purchases were beyond my expectations.
