My E-stim systems 2B pak was posted very quickly & with tracking to see progress of the whereabouts of it.
It's a great product and much better than the Tens unit I have.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of getting into e-stim, it just feels great & can be driven through the internet remotely. It just feels so good.

the product is good but
the pricing is very high
specially for the electrodes
Sorry you feel like that but unlike others we make our electrodes from solid aircraft grade aluminium and not plastic or silicone, and they come with a Lifetime Guarantee.

Shipping was pathetic but I understand Royal Mail UK may have been the problem. This item was ordered in November and arrived in January 2023, very disappointing. Otherwise all okay.
Unfortunately there were issues with Royal Mail due to industrial action and a cyber attack on them, which is why we do offer an Express Shipping option, but we are sorry for the length of time it took for your order to arrive.

Device is great! Website instructions for getting up-to-date (ie how to update firmware, but first if you need to, and if you have the right drivers, and the right commander version, and the right firmware download) ... I had 10+ tabs open trying to get through all the steps. 5-star website improvement: A single page (or better yet, app wizard) that gives instructions, asks questions and walks through the exact steps. But the device?! Amazing.
Sorry that you find our instructional videos difficult to follow, but all our units come with the current released firmware, the use of beta firmware is only advised for advanced users.
