Product is great and high quality. Prices are pricey tho. Shipping and unforseen duties made it even pricier. Im still happy but hesitant to return for accessories because of this. Hopefully a free trade agreement will happen sooner than later. Cheers from Canada

Custom fees on my delivery
Unfortunately import fees are not something we have any control over and are listed on our shipping page s not being included in the cost of the purchase.

Although Mick was most helpful, if there were 10 stars, I'd give him a 10 for leading me through the process before I bailed out. I found your website rather hard to manipulate. Being of the old'er' generation, working web sites can someitmes be overwhelming to use. Your's I found hard to use.

only problem was credit card was compromised someone tried to charge other things after purchase credit card company stopped them please check yout security

Bought a 2B box with all the trimmings. Good quality, but I was expecting excellence given the price. Microphone mode barely works, the microphone is not sensitive more than 2 inches from the box. Customer rep does not seem attentive to the issue. My package was stuck on the border to US for 5 days, this not really E-stimsystems fault. Shipped fast
We have entered into lengthy correspondence with the customer and also had the unit back for testing and found no fault with the unit. We have also been doing development on an update to the Firmware which will have improvements to the Microphone mode. So I would suggest that perhaps our Customer Service rep was very attentive the the issue. We do our best to help all of our customers where we can. _br /_ Unfortunately delays can occur with customs clearance if orders are sent via the Postal Service, one fo the benefits of the Express shipping is expedited Customs Clearance.

I love your products. I do find your website difficult to navigate.

2b is a very cool device, but you MUST upgrade the software and quality of the device itself. Make an update as soon as possible or it is a waste of money. Your price commits not to sleep and make a SOFTWARE UPDATE!
The site is too black. White scheme would be easer to read.

Thank you for your comments, a software upgrade is in development but these things take a considerable amount of time to get right. Unlike other companies we are actively developing our products. Perhaps you might like to join our forum and get involved with the development.

I spent 40 hours or more trying to figure out how to get Commander to work. Although I think I have finally figured out my end of it, the Dom's end is still facing a lot of work. Major problem was finding out the Port or PID #. I think the Dom will have much more difficulty with that task than I did. NEED FAR BETTER INSTRUCTIONS!
The issues that the customer was experiencing where with access to their computer from the outside world rather than any issue with our products. For Commander to work remotely it requires port forwarding and setting within their Router and Firewall, neither of which are supported by us as we can not possibly cover all variations of Router and Firewall Software. He was referred to his service provider for advice on these matters.

Frankly pretty disappointed. This thing has the same standard controls of a standard tens unit. I was looking for a lot more modes. Should have gotten the other one I looked at in the first place.
We are sorry for the disappointment but we do feel that the product description is clear enough about the features of the unit that was ordered.
We do make it clear on our shipping page that duty may be charged on imports, and unfortunately this is not within our control. We believe that our prices are at the right level for the quality of the product you get and the Lifetime Guarantee that comes with them.
