2b is a very cool device, but you MUST upgrade the software and quality of the device itself. Make an update as soon as possible or it is a waste of money. Your price commits not to sleep and make a SOFTWARE UPDATE!
The site is too black. White scheme would be easer to read.

I spent 40 hours or more trying to figure out how to get Commander to work. Although I think I have finally figured out my end of it, the Dom's end is still facing a lot of work. Major problem was finding out the Port or PID #. I think the Dom will have much more difficulty with that task than I did. NEED FAR BETTER INSTRUCTIONS!
The issues that the customer was experiencing where with access to their computer from the outside world rather than any issue with our products. For Commander to work remotely it requires port forwarding and setting within their Router and Firewall, neither of which are supported by us as we can not possibly cover all variations of Router and Firewall Software. He was referred to his service provider for advice on these matters.

Frankly pretty disappointed. This thing has the same standard controls of a standard tens unit. I was looking for a lot more modes. Should have gotten the other one I looked at in the first place.
We are sorry for the disappointment but we do feel that the product description is clear enough about the features of the unit that was ordered.
Thank you for your comments, a software upgrade is in development but these things take a considerable amount of time to get right. Unlike other companies we are actively developing our products. Perhaps you might like to join our forum and get involved with the development.
